You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, photos, profiles, links that you submit, post, and display on our app.

8. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, photos, profiles, links that you submit, post, and display on our app.
9. You must not copy, create a derivative work of, nor modify another app to falsely imply that it is associated with this app.
10. You must not upload, post, email, transmit, forward, provide links to, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation to any users.
11. You must not, in using the app, intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your app account.

General Conditions

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our service for any reason, without notice at any time.
2. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of User at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting changes at the app. Your continued use of this app will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications, what constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith, and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reasonable judgment.
4. You may not use any name, mark, logo, or domain name that is confusingly similar to our marks, logos, and internet domain names. You must refrain from any action or omission that may dilute or damage our goodwill
5. You will be responsible for any and all content that originates from you and that you use with or through the Apps or the Services. You are solely responsible for the consequences of posting or publishing any content created, modified, or otherwise used by you through the Apps or the Services.
6. You agree that you will not post or upload any content which contains material which it is unlawful for you to possess in the country in which you are resident.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

  - the apps or the services will meet your requirements or expectations in any way.
  - the quality of products and services will meet your expectations.
• (2)Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials within the app.
• (3)You agree and acknowledge that the use of our product and services is at your own risk.

4. Limitations

In no event shall We or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App and the materials within, even if our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
